Healthy Oatmeal Cookies (no flour)

These soft oatmeal cookies are going to be the best choice for a great snack, because they are sweet and at the same time low-carb and super nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Blend all the ingredients in a mixture.

Using a spoon, place them on cookie sheet.

You can add some extra chocolate chips on the top of each cookie.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven, let them cool and enjoy!
